Education & Training Operations Manager
Greg comes from Evanston, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, and studied Communications at Oregon State University – although he claims he truly "majored in extracurriculars," including challenge course facilitation through OSU's Adventure Leadership Institute. Greg is a certified ACCT Challenge Course Manager and Level II practitioner. He especially enjoys working with high school and college groups, particularly groups of queer teens and young adults. He is a musician and during college performed in and directed musical ensembles as a percussionist and handbell ringer. Greg also volunteers with the Handbell Musicians of America and regularly presents workshops at both AEE and the HMA national conferences. He rings handbells with the Back Bay Ringers in Boston. He spends his free time finding new places to hang his hammocks, playing board games, taking long walks with his dog Lady, and enjoying his husband's cooking.
