PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We understand the diverse needs of the faculty, staff, and community members you work with every day, so we take the time to work with you to design a program that can be personalized to align with your school or organization's strategic plan. Our single-day, multi-day or year-long programs allow participants to develop a growth mindset to create lasting change in the communities they serve. Because of this level of personalization, programs can take place at our site in Beverly, MA, at yours, or virtually.
Programs for Professional Development
Our school and SEL programs focus on engaging all levels of learners in any classroom or virtual setting. The programs range from learning experiential based activities that promote positive school and classroom cultures and leadership to a full advisory program that includes methods for building-wide implementation.
School & SEL Programs
It is essential for students to have the tools to navigate stressful situations without escalating and increasing conflict. Our curriculum for the physical education and health and wellness classes affords students space to manage relationships and responsibly make decisions that affect them directly.
PE, Health & Wellness
Therapeutic & Facilitation
Our technical skills programs take participants from the basics of belaying and knot tying, to how to safely manage and operate a challenge course. Challenge courses require training to make sure that all who operate the high and low elements are doing so in a manner that will bring a positive experience to all who participate.
Challenge Course Operations
We've partnered up with Plymouth State University and Salem State University to earn graduate credit or continuing education units (CEUs) for your PA Workshops.
Master's Degree Programs
Our Open Enrollment workshops offer training options from therapeutic and school-based to technical skills and challenge course operations and our training pathways help participants on their professional development journey.
